PAID TIME OFF (PTO)
Concentra believes colleagues need time away from work. Paid Time Off (PTO) includes vacation, sick time and personal time.
Colleagues begin to accrue PTO from date of hire, but PTO will not be vested until the successful completion of a 90-day orientation period. Colleagues must obtain manager/supervisor approval prior to utilizing any PTO.
Eligibility
To be eligible to accrue PTO, colleagues must meet all of the following criteria:
- Active Status: Actively working, not on leave or terminated, at the pay period end date.
- Employment Classification: Classified as regular full-time or regular part-time, at the pay period end date.
- Standard Hours: Standard hours of 20 hours or more per week.
PTO time is calculated on the basis of bi-weekly accrual, according to time worked and length of service with the Company. Current PTO balance can be found on bi-weekly pay stub.

PTO Rollover
Concentra encourages colleagues to take time away from work; however, if unable to take all of accrued, unused PTO time in a calendar year, colleague may "roll over " up to 40 hours of accrued PTO for use during the next calendar year.
