VISION CARE PLAN
The Vision Care Plan, administered by EyeMed Vision Care, provides coverage related to general eye care and vision services, such as annual eye exams and corrective lenses. Most medical conditions of the eye are covered under the medical plans.
The plan generally pays 100% after the co-pay when you use an EyeMed Vision Care network provider.
